Our company was established in 1964 and for over 40 years, we have provided affordable, and clean housing. We provide flexible leases for a variety of needs. As mentioned above, we have two communities located approximately 1.5 miles apart. Our properties are within minutes of schools and shopping. The close proximity of our communities allows us to have regular interactions and more personal management abilities. We have 464 units total between the two properties. Routine maintenance, painting and cleaning is performed on each apartment upon a resident's move-out. We believe in providing apartment homes with a high standard of cleanliness and livability.
