Welcome Set Aside!
We have been participants in the Set Aside Program since its start on Camp Lejeune in April 1998.The Set Aside Program is a program for military families stationed in the Camp Lejeune area. The program is a mutual effort between the Family Housing Office on Tarawa Terrace and civilian Landlords in Onslow County. This program greatly benefits military member by aiding them in renting off-base housing with no security deposit. The rent is paid to the Landlord on the first of each month through a direct deposit with funds withheld from the service member's pay.
Set Aside Process:
---go to the Family Housing Office on Tarawa Terrace and make application. Their phone number is 910-450-1625.
---bring the Letter of Eligibility to us.
---complete your move-in process with us and return the Letter of Intent to the Family Housing Office.
---have peace of mind each month - your rent will be paid on time!!!!!
